Diversity and inclusion
Diversity is a part of life both in Estonia and elsewhere in the world. Human beings differ from one another in their appearance, origin, interests and activities, life choices and abilities, but we all share the same human dignity. A democratic state treats people equally and takes into consideration the specificities of people. This means that social rules and norms must take into consideration our differences in order to ensure equal opportunities and inclusion for everybody.
We have worked on diversity and inclusion since 2012 when we founded the Estonian Diversity Charter. Since 2015, we celebrate the Diversity Day in Estonia and in 2018, we launched the Diverse Workplace label “Respecting differences”.

Diversity Charter
By signing the Estonian Diversity Charter, the organisation – the company, NGO, or public body – voluntarily commits to promote diversity and equal opportunities among their employees, partners, as well as clients.

Diversity Day
Diversity Day is aimed at highlighting and honouring the importance and uniqueness of every individual in companies and organizations and in society in general.

Diverse Workplace label
A diversity label is a quality label that indicates that the company is an attractive employer that is looking for talent to commence work, irrespective of their gender or background
