The aim of the project is to make gender balance an indicator of management quality for employers and to reduce segregation in the labour market. An action programme for achieving gender balance will be created and implemented in 10 pilot companies. A roundtable of employers and educational institutions will be launched to address the root causes of segregation. As a result of the project, managing gender balance will become a deliberate process that increases companies’ competitiveness and ensures that every employee’s potential is fully realised.
The total cost of the project is €214,428, of which the Estonian Human Rights Centre’s share is €72,000. The project is co-funded by the European Union.
