The strategic continuation of activities for 2018 include an equal treatment network that continues to actively work with the civic associations in the network; strategic litigation, continuing to pursue open cases that shape the sectoral legal environment; the diversity charter, diversity label and diversity day, which help to promote the principles of equal treatment and the benefits of diversity in businesses and organisations and bring the positive effects of diversity to people in the place they spend most of their time in – their work environment. In addition, equal treatment training is offered to employers and lawyers so as to spread expertise and knowledge on the topic.

In 2018, a new line of action in the project will be developing community involvement and raising awareness through it about equal treatment at the grass-roots level: from person to person through local examples. In addition, strategies for raising awareness of equal treatment among youth in the future will be developed with partners.
