The aim of the project is to create, through the consultation and employer network of the diversity label, a tool to improve the quality of the work environment and manage diversity consciously in the organization.

The diversity label is a quality mark that shows that the company is an attractive employer, which welcomes talents to work regardless of their gender or background. It also sends a value-based message to customers and partners that the company cares about Estonia and the world, and contributes to making it better.

The project is funded by the Ministry of Social Affairs.
