This project aims to support the implementation of the EU Diversity Charter initiative, which promotes diversity, non-discrimination, and equal opportunities in the workplace. During the two-year project, project partners will develop a Charter Implementation Toolkit that will present a range of organisations with practical, user-friendly tools and resources to implement Diversity and Inclusion policies and procedures in their workplace. Project activities will take place in the partnering countries Estonia, Ireland and Portugal, and organisations from 7 other countries are included as non-financial partners.

The project is co-funded by the European Union’s Rights, Equality and Citizenship Programme (2014–2020).
