Empowering women and internally displaced people by raising awareness of the field of diversity and inclusion in Eastern Ukraine

The goal of the project is to contribute to the promotion and spread of democratic values and the principle of rule of law in Eastern Ukraine. This is done by increasing cooperation between the public sector, private companies and the third sector to stand up for their common values. To achieve this goal, awareness of the importance of diversity and inclusion would be raised among organisations in Eastern Ukraine. It directly helps to empower vulnerable groups: in particular, women and internally displaced people in Eastern Ukraine.

The main activities of the project are the development and implementation of a training programme, the creation of a diversity and inclusion strategy and action plan for the project partner, and the implementation of of an exchange program.
