Kelly Grossthal
Kelly manages the Centre’s strategic litigation cases and contibutes as an expert to the following projects:
- Police and NGO cooperation to combat hate crime in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania
- Strategic approach to tackle the normalization of racist and xenophobic hate speech in Estonia
- The practical implementation of the Victims’ Directive
Earlier, she led the Diversity Charter and related subject fields in the centre for 6 years.
