Egert is the Executive Director of the Estonian Human Rights Center. Egert keeps the team on track and finances in order, implements various projects and contributes to the development of the content topics. Egert is responsible for the centre’s podcast, ‘Human Rights Guide‘, the “Diverse Workplace” label and the public opinion survey on LGBT issues. Egert is Estonian project manager of the European Union Agency for Fundamental Rights research network FRANET. Currently, he is also involved in various studies related to the Roma community and their well-being in Estonia and Europe. Egert has also participated in various national and international training courses.
