The aim of the project is to develop a network of consultation and employers through the diversity label so as to improve the quality of the work environment and actively manage diversity in the organisation, by using the “respecting differences” label.

The diversity label is a mark of quality which shows that the business is an attractive employer who is searching for talent regardless of their gender or background. It also sends a values-based message to clients and partners that the business cares about Estonia and the world and is contributing to making it a better place.
