The general objective is to help the development of democratic values and spreading awareness of the principle of equal treamtent in Tajikistan. The direct objective is to create a platform to develop the network of human rights NGOs through the development of partnerships in Tajikistan involving the Estonian experience in creating an equal treatment advocacy network and human rights roundtable. Project outcome is that there is group of NGO leaders in Tajikistan who have expert skills on equal treatment and can advocate for the topic in the society as well as offer trainings for others. There is also mechanism to promote human rights and equal treatment in Tajikistan through the human rights network according to specific of country and a guide (toolkit) for human rights activists and organizations in Tajikistan.
