Equal opportunities – a stronger society

The project helps shape an open Estonian society where human rights are valued, protected, and guaranteed. Its aim is to promote diversity and equal treatment of minority groups in Estonian society. As a result of the project, the conditions for equal opportunities and accessibility will improve.

Project activities include coordinating and expanding the network of organisations that have joined the Diversity Charter, organising Diversity Month and Diversity Day, initiating and supporting strategic litigation, coordinating the Equal Treatment Network for advocacy activities, and strategic communication to promote human rights and equal treatment.
