The human rights centre is operating as normal during the crises and continues to council the people in need. At the same time, we are making sure all the emergency measures are propotional and will come to an end as soon as they are no longer necessary.

There are many challenges for protection of human rights in Estonia: intolerance has really come out of the closet. Bad things happen when good people are too passive, but together we can make a change.
