The purpose of the training program is to draw a equal treatment trainging program for NGO´s, what they can use as a separate tool during different seminars, informationa days etc.
Training program gives overview of equal treament principles, Estonian laws and there implementation. Training program helps NGO´s to use Equal treament Act and Gender Eguality Act and there own practises together with the problems of their target groups.
In addition to training program will be a pilot seminar for the NGO´s on the egual treatment subject.
