A brief biography Merle is an Equal Treatment Legal Expert and Legal Advicer. Merle has participated in the activities of the Estonian Human Rights Centre from the beginning of it.
Education Master of Arts in Law (Tallinna Univesity of Technology), Bachelor in Law (Tallinn University of Technology), different international seminars on gender equality and equal treatment.
Membership Member of the Estonian Lawyers Assosation, Estonian Women´s Shelters Union – lawyer, Estonian Women´s Roundtable – consultant, NGO Virumaa Women´s Support Centre – Member of the Board.
